Thanks for sharing Brian! I had the pleasure of meeting you at NAMM in January, and when I returned home instantly purchased a Scion biofeedback device. I've just updated my bandcamp page with a load of previously released material, much of which is experimenting with frequencies and sounds etc, plus some plant music too - https://robtownley.bandcamp.com
Brian - this is lovely - thank you so much for compiling this list. I am just going right to the full albums and listening through. So I haven't gotten far yet but enjoying Kazuya Nagava, the whole album. I am also a huge fan of Alice Coltrane - everything of hers, including your pick. I semi-joke she was the more all around talented Coltrane. One recommendation from me is Henryk Gorecki's 3rd Symphony of Sorrowful Songs. It has made me cry multiple times from the first time I heard it. I first heard it years before it was used in the soundtrack of the movie Indestructible, but it made me cry during that movie too. Here's the full album on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87DJF1_vwQA
Thank you, perfectly prescribed for today as Autumn slips around.

Thank you so much for this. ❤️
Too much to mention really, but if I had to pick one, it's easily Julie Fowlis' version of the incredible ancient Gaelic song Oran an Roin.
Fell in love with the Merope album due to this post. A beautiful album for this time of year, I do love a choral element when it's done right.
thank you! agreed
